Graceful, charismatic, intelligent, and chic, the heir of King Group Goo Won has everything but memories of his mother. In an attempt to recover his memory, he returns to King Hotel. Known as King Hotel's queen of smiles and hospitality, Cheon Sa-rang worked her way up from the front desk to now work at the glamorous "King the Land" space, where she meets Goo Won.
King the Land is an entertaining, enchanting romantic fairy tale with superb cinematography, luxurious actors - a high-end production of a lighthearted, healing drama filmed in several countries - perfect to enjoy this summer.
Ahead of the drama airing, Kakaopage also produced a delightful webtoon of the same name featuring ML and FL as children.
Korean top acting award Baeksang Best Actor Winner for his complex role in "The Red Sleeve, Lee Junho, is an outstanding actor with heavenly charisma and princely visuals. Female lead idol actress YoonA is a perfect, beautiful, sassy foil for the broody, standoffish character Gu Won who has had little love shown to him ever since he was a child. Supporting actors do their work egregiously. Gu Won's friend and secretary, Noh Sang-Sik (Ahn Se Ha) gives zest and humor to the whole proceedings. Looking forward to the unfolding of this delightful dramedy and the love story between the two stars who seem to clash at every turn, producing hilarious results. Highly recommended!
